Payment
The city tax amounts to 7,00€ and will be calculated per person and per night (up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights). Exemptions include, among others, children under the age of 12.
We are able to retrieve all the information with your reservation number, so printing is not necessary.
Reservation
• Cancellation is fully refundable until 2 days prior to the scheduled check-in date.
• Cancellation with a penalty equal to 100% of the reservation’s total amount from 1 day prior to the scheduled check-in date.
• No-show, delayed arrival, or early departure will result in a charge of 100% of the reservation amount.
The penalty amounts will only be charged if the reservation is actually canceled in the manner stated above. In the event that the charge or pre-authorization of a penalty fee is unsuccessful, the property reserves the right to cancel the reservation without prior notice.
We can process all the major card circuits such as Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
All the payments must be done in Euros.
